My massage:
My massage is a deep tissue therapeutic full body massage, adapted to anyone experiencing chronic pain, body aches, mobility issues, or pain linked to physical trauma. Using strokes and sustained pressure, I target the inner layers of muscles, tendons, and fascia to provide full-body relief. Each massage is personalised to your specific needs, focusing on areas of your body that require more attention.
Additionally, I incorporate Reiki, an energy healing treatment, to realign your body’s energy. My massage is purely intuitive, allowing me to let your body guide me to what is needed.
Clients typically experience significant relief from tension, enhanced mobility and flexibility, and pure relaxation after my massage. Depending on your condition, a single treatment may be sufficient, or a course of several treatments may be necessary. We can discuss this together and adjust accordingly.
Given the specific nature of my massage, I recommend that your first treatment with me last for 2 hours. Follow-up appointments are usually between 90 minutes and 2 hours, and we can discuss other arrangements as needed.
